Prepress

Graphix Labels has a complete in-house prepress facility to conduct layout modification, film production, proofing, plate making and silk screen manufacture. In-house pre-press control ensures maximised efficiency of communication between the art room and the printing floor, which contributes to faster turnaround times and lower operating costs. Managed by fully trained staff this service saves valuable time at set-up and also offers real time flexibility.

Printing & Processing

Graphix Labels utilises Offset combination presses with up to 12 processing stations, including silk screen, flexographic, hot foil and embossing. Our letterpress division will soon be replaced with the very latest combination press technology.

Digital Offset combination printing includes up to 7 colours combined with silk screen, hotfoil, embossing.
