An integral part of Graphix Labels' objective of Total Customer Satisfaction is our quality assurance, processes, procedures and systems. ISO 9002 certification was achieved in 1994 and has been maintained since. In 2003 Graphix Labels upgraded to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Defined procedures are followed and monitored and, when necessary, improved. From the initial inquiry, all customer communication, order processing, prepress, production planning, printing, colour standard management, slitting, winding, packing, despatching and invoicing, has the overall aim of providing simple and reliable processes that produce consistent, quality outcomes. These are the elements that drive us towards Total Customer Satisfaction.
